August 5 - This past weekend, Landen and I went to see Harry Potter. It was pretty good. I can't believe Dumbledore died, though. I DID NOT see that coming! Afterwards, we went out to grab some food. Landen paid, which I felt a little bad about, but he knows the well's just a little dry right now.
Stil no luck finding a job. It's really tough out there. I submitted six applications this month - no luck. On the plus side, because I'm spendng more time at Allie's, I've started talking to this girl who works the morning shift. She's cute. Her name's Jennifer. She may be a little too young for me. Note: to follow up on. Speaking of which, Linda texted me again Saturday night. I couldn't text back because I was with Landen. I don't think he knows, but I don't know how much longer I can keep this all a secret.
Although, if Landen had his OWN girlfriend, Linda's lack of interest in him wouldn't matter as much... OR who she dated!
Breaking news: The job search is officially backburnered. I have a new, more pressing mission: Operation Get Landen a Girlfriend While Simultaneously Moving Things Forward with Linda.
