Let's work together to ensure that Pixton is the safest place it can be for everyone. In addition to these basic guidelines, we recommend
that you visit Childnet International, a non-profit organisation working to help make the Internet a great and safe place for children.
For Kids
Keep your identity secret: never tell people your real name, address, phone number, the name of your school, or the names of your parents or friends.
Choose a screen name which does not reflect your true identity.
Keep your password secret: Don’t give away your password to anyone but your parents.
Report suspicious activity: If someone says or does something that makes you feel uncomfortable, such as asking you for personal information, tell your parents immediately.
For Parents
Parental consent: kids under 18 are required to have their parent activate their Pixton account.
Be aware: know what your children are doing online, and set ground rules.
Family activity: use the internet with your kids, particularly young children.
Log in: you can log in to your child's account with their screen name and password, and delete it at any time.
Contact us: send us a message at any time to manage the features on your child's account.
For Everyone
Vote to restrict comics: If a comic isn't appropriate for kids under 18, vote for it to be restricted. Click the "R" next to the star rating below any comic.
Flag comics: If you think a comic violates our Terms and Conditions, flag it by clicking the "!", under the Browse buttons just below any comic.
Vote to restrict comments: If a comment isn't appropriate for kids under 18, vote for it to be restricted. Click the "R", appearing at the upper right when you roll your cursor over any comment.
